At Capital Edge, we cater for all ages.

Our Senior’s Group, Young @ Heart, meets at the Capital Edge Church facility every Wednesday morning from 9.30am to 12.00pm. For many of the seniors, each Wednesday has become the hi-light of their week and they have developed great friendships out of the program.

Each Wednesday, this group of around 50 to 60 people meet to enjoy a lovely morning tea, games, light physical exercises, craft and a host of special guests. There are also a number of excursions planned for the year

Young @ Heart commenced in 2002 as an outreach into the community and is headed up by Ann Mann and a team of great volunteers.

The program for ’10 commences on January 27^th and continues throughout the year.
